When used in conjunction with TeamView (QA Software's web based document viewing and mark-up software) TeamBinder can provide the following features:
- Documents in the TeamBinder document register can be viewed online through your internet browser without the need to download them first.
- Text comments can be made by users with access to the documents.
- Redlines and markups can be made using a full suite of markup tools built into TeamView.
- Any comments added or redlines made are sent automatically to the document originator and any other parties with access to the document if required.
- All comments and redlines are saved for future reference for each revision of each document.
