Viewing and redlining on Teambinder provide following features
Documents in the TeamBinder document register can be viewed online through your internet browser without the need for additional software
Text comments can be made by users with access to the documents
Redlines and markups can be made using a full suite of markup tools built in to the viewer
Any comments added or redlines made are sent automatically to the document originator and any other parties with access to the document if required
All comments and redlines are saved for future reference for each revision of each document
