The pricing information below is for the ASP MODEL only where QA Software host TeamBinder in one of their production facilities. Pricing for other hosting options is available on request by emailing sales@qa-software.com 
 
The hosted model is based on a service fee and will not require infrastructure investment at client end. 

Pricing for TeamBinder with QA Software hosting the project (ASP Model)

QA Software have a simple fee structure for TeamBinder which is made up of a combination of the following items:
- One off project setup fee
- All up monthly hosting fee per project
- Monthly additional storage fees (if required)
- Optional modules (eg QCAD)
- Optional services (eg Training)
- Discounts

Project Setup Fee: This is a one off fee dependent upon the project size. See the TeamBinder package options below.

Monthly Hosting Fee: The Monthly hosting fee for a TeamBinder project includes:

• Use of a TeamBinder project for unlimited users from unlimited project companies
• Use of XL-Upload - QA Software’s unique Excel upload utility for TeamBinder
• Use of both communications and document management modules of TeamBinder
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly backups.
• Help/Support for Users by phone, fax and email
• All Transaction fees
• Limited Data Storage (varies depending on package)

The Monthly hosting fee depends on the package chosen - see below.

Optional Modules: Excluded from the standard monthly hosting fee but provided on request are the following two add-on modules for TeamBinder:

• QCAD - QA Software’s unique application for use with AutoCAD to fully automate the document upload process
• TenderDocs - QA Software’s solution for managing bid packages on a project
