Prior to documents being accepted into the Document register they are automatically validated to ensure amongst other things that:

  • The uploading company is authorised to upload documents.

  • That all key document attributes are populated correctly.

  • That the revision for revised documents has been incremented.

The Validation Engine ensures high quality information reaches the project document register without the need for human intervention. This fully automated process saves time and dramatically reduces the need for a full-time project document controller.

Once documents reach the system, there are several alternative Document Register views such as:

  • The latest revision only – By default, the register shows only the latest revision of released documents.

  • A complete history.

  • Documents uploaded by my company.

  • Documents my company has access to .
