Project Archiving is one of the key functions available on TeamBinder
Once a project is complete, being able to simply archive the data is one of the key benefits on the system.

Traditionally a great deal of time is spent by builders compiling all the handover documents for their clients, and a good deal of expense is incurred by having to maintain paper copies of all drawings in storage for many years after practical completion.

Three archiving options are available in TeamBinder:

• Prepare a set of documents for handover to client.
• Archive documents and correspondence for a TeamBinder participating company.
• Archive documents and correspondence for the TeamBinder project owner.

All Archives are run on request by the Project Owner and supplied on CD, DVD or Hard Disk.

The archive process also embeds with the CD/DVD an application to enable display, searching, filtering and printing of all archive data; invaluable when looking for information years after project completion.
