Documents are uploaded in a completely controlled way, generally via email, and are validated by TeamBinder before being accepted into the document register The simplicity of being able to enter all the document attributes into an Excel template offline and then simply “send” from within Excel via email is one of the primary ways that Teambinder saves resources, rather than adding to the document control burden.
