Employees
A comprehensive employee library is a key part of the QTIME System. Examine the screen below to see some of the attributes that QTIME stores in relation to employees. Notice that a list of all employees is shown in the left hand part of the screen while the details relating to the currently selected employee are shown on the right.
Other attributes can be stored in relation to employees if required. In cases where QTIME is linked to a Payroll or other Corporate System, parts of the Employee library in QTIME can be populated direct from the Corporate System.
Security
Full security at an employee level is an important part of QTIME, both to protect sensitive data and also to make the system as easy to use as possible for each user level.
Some security levels are predefined in QTIME. These can be changed and an unlimited number of new levels defined by the program administrator. Default levels include: Employee; Supervisor; Reporting; Project Manager; and Administrator.
