- Create a Project Inspection
List.
- Assign access for inspectors

- Upload the Project Inspection
List to the Pocket PC.
- Perform inspections with the

- Send Defects Lists to
subcontractors.
- Update the Defects List when
subcontractors notify rectification is completed.
- Upload the Fix Claimed defects
to the Pocket PC.
- Perform re-inspections of Fix
Claimed items and mark those fixed as complete.
- Download the re-inspection
results to the PC.
